Double Room in Friendly, City Centre Flatshare

Hello!

I am Charlotte the landlord, but I am looking to move out and find someone for my room. I'm currently living with Marcus and Charles.

It is a double room, fully furnished with a double bed, side table, bookshelf and wardrobe. It doesn't have an en-suite but the other 2 rooms do so it is essentially a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The flat is a really lovely open plan, modern space. It is just at the bottom of the Christmas Steps right in the city centre, but the building is gated and set back from the road so it still feels very quiet. It is also an old 16th century building so there's lots of history!

Unfortunately, as the flat is in the city centre, there is not really anywhere to park. I've been renting a space for £100 a month a 10 minute walk away which is the cheapest I can find I can ask to transfer the space to you if needed.

Charles and Marcus are both tidy and clean so it is important to me that our new housemate is the same! Otherwise they are both relaxed and easy going, and really enjoy the odd drink and evening out! They really enjoy films, music, drinks, cooking, history, law, festivals and travel. They are both in relationships so their girlfriends will be around a bit too.

Rent includes all bills. Minimum stay is 6 months but I'm very flexible. Looking for someone to move in ASAP!
