Living room

A terrace house with a garden, and a open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is galley style, the living room has a comfy sofa, a fair sized smart tv and acts also as the dinning room. The bathroom (shared by everyone) has a combo shower-in-bath.

Your room will face the rear of the property and get good morning light. It is on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and bedroom storage.

There is excellent on street parking and we're a 2 min drive from the M32 and a large Tescos/IKEA/shopping centre. It's a 20 min walk to cabots circus and 35 mins to the centre.

We are friendly open minded individuals and we like to think we're both easy to get along with. There's a third member in the house, our cat Goliatha, as the name suggests she's quite large!

We're both young professionals working in the education and retail sectors.

We are hoping to find people that are open to becoming friends with their new housemates, it's much more fun to be housemates with friends rather than eternal strangers.

Its worth mentioning there is sadly no dishwasher so we will all need to have a fair level of cleanliness and tidiness! We also don't have a tumble dryer but there is the decent sized garden with a clothes line so you can air-dry your laundry.
