Double room to rent in Long Ashton

I'm a young professional looking to rent a room in my house. I'm in the middle of Long Ashton, 2 minutes from Ashton Court and 10 minutes from North street, Southville.

The room is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. Other furniture may be available on request. The room is at the back of the house, over looking the garden.

The house has an open plan living/ dining area with log burning stove, downstairs wc, upstairs bath/ shower room and 2 double bedrooms. There's also a large attic conversion, with plenty of storage space if needed. I use the attic as a spare room/ office/ second living room. The house has a lovely garden with a shed for bike storage.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy to share the house with. I am a child psychologist. I work hard during the week and make the most of my weekends! I like to cook, bake and get out to gigs festivals etc as much as possible. I have friends for dinner once a week usually. I also have a cat! She's fairly nervous of other people so won't be bothering any prospective housemates!!
