I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in a professional house share in Redfield from 1st July. The room comes unfurnished but it does have a built-in wardrobe. If furniture is an issue I can help you source furniture as I have a van.
The house has just been renovated so everything, including the kitchen, is brand new. There’s a south facing garden to enjoy the summer evenings in, and there's room for bikes. There’s also free parking on a quiet street out front.
Lawrence Hill station is less than 10 minutes’ walk away and Netham Park is just around the corner. There are lots of shops and a couple of supermarkets nearby on Church Road too.
I’m a sociable house mate and I’m looking for someone like minded who wants to share a glass of wine or a meal in the evening. I’m vegetarian and enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible. I do yoga, go cycling and make crafts in my spare time.
I’m looking for someone clean & tidy, fun and friendly who doesn’t mind living with a pet as I have a cat.
Rent is £420 pm excluding bills. I’ve not moved in yet so I don’t know exactly how much bills are going to be, but I would expect in the region of £100 pm.
