NEWLY Refurbished Comfortable Double Room

I have a lovely, bright and spacious double bedroom available in my home in leafy suburb of Bristol. I can accommodate you for 7 days a week or Monday to Friday(the price would be adjusted to £480 p. c. m)depending on what you need.

THE HOUSE
My house is a 3-bed semi-detached in the quiet neighbourhood of Coombe Dingle. It is close to local shops and a very short walk from the beautiful Blaise Castle Estate. There is a bus stop outside the house, that will take you to Whiteladies Road (15 mins), University of Bristol (25 mins) and the City Centre (30 mins) and buses to Cribbs Causeway go from a very short walk away. There is also plenty of unrestricted street parking if you drive. The house is clean and comfortable, with all mod cons. You will have access to all areas, including shared bathroom, living room (TV, Virgin Media and Netlfix), kitchen, dining room and beautiful garden.

THE ROOM
The room is a large double, which I have just newly refurbished and redecorated, including a new carpet and it's own sink. It is quiet and bright, with large (double-glazed) windows and it comes with a comfortable double bed, shelves, armchair and chest of drawers. I can provide a desk if you need it. Ideal for working professionals or PhD students.

ME (LANDLORD)
I am a primary school teacher also a part-time masters degree student. Monty (pictured) is my friendly, affectionate and hilarious dog! I'm looking for a friendly housemate who will be welcome to think of this as their home while they are here.
