Large double in amazing Garden Flat (£825pm)

I am moving out of my current flat for a new job in London and so I have a large furnished double room available in Cotham to rent. There is currently another tenant in the smaller bedroom who is sociable, tidy and likes to cook.

The flat itself is a large two bed property done up to a high spec recently and has a great garden as you can see from the pictures. The rent would be £825 for the month and would be all bills included to make it easy (inc. Virgin Media fibre optic package and cleaner). The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, wardrobe, bed side tables and chest of drawers, but if you have your own furniture I can be flexible.

The flat is ideally located, within 1 mile of the centre of Bristol (I work in BS1 and its an easy 20 min walk) and about 10-15mins walk to Cabot Circus. Its just off Gloucester Road and within the Stokes Croft area which has loads of cool coffee shops, bars etc as well as being easily accessible by public transport.

Give me a shout if you want to come and see the flat, I am also open to couples. The room will be available in early July and can be flexible with dates.
