We have a large double bedroom available to rent from 25 June 2018 in a great light and airy flat as our lovely flat mate is moving on to pastures new.

The flat is in a great location just off Whiteladies Road so is really close to plenty of shops and restaurants. There are great transport links with Clifton Down station just a 10-15 minute walk away and several buses that go into Bristol centre and to Temple Meads at the end of the road.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The room has plenty of space for you to add your own furniture if you wish. The rest of the flat comes fully furnished with a really good sized kitchen and separate lounge area. The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Bills are currently £126 each per month which includes council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband and TV. The agency fee for references etc will be £200 (including VAT).

A little about us; we are 2 professional females, 30 and 31. We both work Mon-Fri so are both usually around in the evenings and at weekends. We enjoy cooking, watching TV, going to the cinema, and a glass of prosecco!

We are looking for a sociable professional who is looking for a home rather than just a room to rent.
