The flat is fully furnished, including kitchenware, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It boasts a large top floor terrace and is situated in a block with gated access and reception (really handy for deliveries). There is also a (currently unused) parking space.

Bristol Temple Meads station is a 5 minute walk. 10 minutes to Queens Square.

You would be sharing with a Masters student, returning to work at a law firm in September 2018. I currently work part-time at a bar and am also a competitive runner on the side. I spend occasional periods in Germany, where my girlfriend lives.

Looking for a diligent 20-something to move in, either in a profession or postgraduate study.

The flat is kept tidy but is also a social place - I like to host friends for dinners / drinks (although never gets too out of hand).

Price could be subject to change due to bill fluctuations. Price will go down if you are a student due to council tax exemption. Price may also change depending on your parking requirements.
