Single room available in two bedroom apartment, the flat is situated beautifully by the Harbour with excellent local transport links, bars and supermarkets; less than a 10-minute walk to both Temple Meads and City Centre. Parking is available through applying for local permit from council.

The flat comes furnished and with appliances (TV, dishwasher, washing machine). The flat itself has three bedrooms, one bathroom, lounge/kitchen. The room has single bed, clothes rack, desk and bedside table.

About the current household – 43 y/o professional male, moved to Bristol 4 years go from Spain.

The rent is £550 plus bills per month (electricity, usually around £30-50 per month). Council tax, service charge, internet, TV license are included. A deposit of £500 is required, plus one month's rent in advance.

It is available now, non-smoking professionals only, no couples. References from a previous landlord, plus a confirmation letter from your employer is required as proof of ability to pay rent. Leaving agreement 4 weeks notice both side.
