Large Double Room in Friendly House

We have a bright double room available from 02/03/19

About the house

The shared bathroom has a bath and shower. We have a large open plan kitchen, a separate living area and a conservatory that backs on to the garden which is great on warmer days. There is also plenty of on street parking. Bills and fast WiFi is included as well as the use of a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Room

This upstairs room is bright thanks to the bay windows and white walls. It comes with a chest of drawers, double bed and mattress plus a large cupboard.

Location

We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus takes you directly into town. Also 2 minutes from the local shop and pub. A 10 minute walk to Lidl and a 15 minute cycle to town. We also have a couple of parks around us. Hengrove Leisure centre is close as is a climbing wall.

Housemates

You will be living with 3 housemates, who all work Monday to Friday. Everyone is friendly, social and easy going. All very active and enjoy things like going to the gym, climbing, cycling, cooking, eating, drinking, film nights etc.

About you

We would like our new housemate to work standard hours, Monday to Friday. Be friendly, social, neat and tidy etc. If you are an active person you will fit in well. 2 of the housemates are Vegetarian & Vegan (meat is allowed in the house though if you are a meat eater!)
