Kitchen - a good sized kitchen which offers plenty of worktop space and a small breakfast bar. There is plenty of cupboard space and cookware, tableware and utensils are provided. There is a separate laundry area with sink, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an externally located tumble dryer.
Bathrooms - there are two bathrooms on the first floor, one with shower, basin and w. c. and the other with a double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and w. c.. There is another w. c. with wash hand basin on the ground floor.. There are no ensuites but the quality of the rest of the house, particularly the size of the rooms, balances this out.
Outside - There is a small patio area with raised beds, table and seating for outside relaxation and barbeques. There is a rotary washing line. External, rear, secure access and bike rack storage will facilitate anyone who is a cyclist. There is parking to the front and side of the property and there is a secure wall mounted, strong motor bike lock with ramped access in the front garden.
Other facilities - there is a complimentary cleaner to clean the newly carpeted and decorated communal areas, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms and w. c..
