Living room down stairs, already furnished with TV; rear garden, conservatory furnished with dinning table for six, and small sofa for reading etc; gives access to turfed garden, shed and side gate.

Parking on drive way for two cars (allowing for a single car with this rental agreement) The house has gas central heating for the colder months of the year.

Easy access to local shops, via main road or public foot path; all within 5-10 mins walk. Approx. 20 mins walk from the beach and large communal fields where you find various festivals and events.

Access to mainline railway network via Yatton, a short drive or cycle ride from the house; allowing you to travel to Bristol, Exeter or even London. Good local transport via the local bus service, with bus stops around the corner on the main road.

This is a non-smoking property. Cost based on one person occupancy, although happy to negotiate for a couple.
