My name is lizzie. I’m looking for a house mate for my spare room! As live in Landlord.

I've been in Bristol 10 years and am a nurse/ health visitor who works locally, and from September I will be undertaking a full time masters at uob so will be studying a lot at home on the 2 days I am not at work. In the evenings I either workout or socialise about 3/4 nights a week.

I spend a lot of weekends visiting friends / family or occasionally having them to stay in Bristol. But due to Covid19 not sure how this will be going forward! Happy for you to have friends/ partners to stay too if you give me a heads up in advance.

Need someone friendly, clean and tidy please! Would be nice to live with someone who is like minded, who is independent- who also likes a bit of me time to chill in the evenings. I won't have much free time to hang out, so ideally someone who already has friends in Bristol, or is happy with thier own company.

The flat is on the 2nd floor (quite a few stairs) and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room.

The spare (your room) has a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of draws in it already.

All bills are included in the price

Permit parking for kingsdown is available for roughly £15 (depending on your car) every 3 months and you can get visitors permits with this.

It’s a great spot near the BBC off Whiteladies Road, where there are loads of nice pubs/ bars / cafes and shops. It’s 5 mins to the train station at Clifton down) and 20 mins walk to Gloucester Road, Cabbot circus, park street!

Ideally I think it would be sensible to have as discussion together after the first month and if both happy with the arrangement set a contract up 3-12 months. Looking for someone to move in 01/09/20 as housemate still here until end of August, so let me know if you want to arrange a visit! Look forwards to hearing from you!
