Double room in shared flat

Hello!
We have a double room aailable in a shared flat located in Clifton (next to Kingsdown area).

The flat is 5 mins walk from Bristol University, 15 mins walk from city centre, and 20 mins walk from Gloucester Rd. There's a co-op right next to the house, and it is 10 mins away from Whiteladies Road and Clifton Downs.

We have one bathroom, a shared kitchen and a living room. The building also has a communal garden at the back. Bills are not included in the monthly rent (350 pounds), but they are usually around 100 pounds/person/ month.

The room comes with a double bed and has a massive built in wardrobe with lots of storage space.

We are preferably looking for a long term housemate and someone in employment who doesn't mind paying council tax.

We both have recently finished our studies and have stable jobs.
