The room is a large double ensuite (with shower and separate bath), with built-in wardrobes and new carpets, in a flat in Clifton village. Also, the furniture is for sale if you don't have your own! The flat has a huge living room (plus it's south facing, so it gets lots of light) and TV alcove, with patio areas at the front and back with lots of plants and greenery. There's no off-street parking available, but permits are easy to get hold of.
The flat is in a very central location, close to lots of little independent shops and cafes, as well as a Co-op and Tesco and within a twenty minute walk of the University and City Centre. There are lots of parks nearby, as well as the Suspension Bridge, so it's great for picnics and BBQs in summer!
You'd be sharing with me - I'm a PhD student at the University of Bristol (in synthetic biology), writing up now and aiming to finish in July. I'm a very chilled person to live with - I like pub trips and film nights, so am ideally looking for someone who isn't a party animal but likes a good night in with some wine.
Bills are about £80 a month in winter when the heating is on and a bit less in summer.
