Hi there, my name is Mike, I'm looking for another 2 housemates, very sorry to see my friends move out and ideally looking for people wanting a home not a short term room.
About the rooms
They are both furnished double bedrooms in a 3-bed apartment in Clifton, situated close to Whiteladies Road, in super easy walking distance of Clifton Village and Clifton Triangle. Both rooms have excellent light from the large window with the smaller room including a built in wardrobe with great storage space. The rest of the apartment comprises of a massive living room, kitchen area, and a large shared bathroom.
About your new housemate I'm Mike, a Naval Architect working full time in the city. Huge petrol head and handy around the house.
Ideally looking for a good mix of guys and girls, first in will be able to pick the 2nd!
looking for someone who will work well with the new group dynamic, is friendly and considerate, and has no problems keeping our lovely flat clean and relaxed.
The boring stuff
The rent is £425 pcm per person. Deposit is £450. There are letting agents managing the flat so there would be agency fees and referencing fees to pay which I can let you know nearer the time. Bills come to approx. £155 each per month. Move in date can be anytime after 1st February.
