Originally we were 3, however our third flatmate is relocating to London so we need someone to take his place.
Newly refurbished flat, with three double bedrooms in new development off Whiteladies Road. Permit on road parking, estimating bills will be about £100 a month. Open plan living room/kitchen, ensuite room offered at £600pcm. Viewings will be needed to be done via the agent, but we're happy to sort that if you're interested, also have a flat tour on video that we can send across. We're Joe and Chris, both working Monday to Friday for an accountancy firm based in central Bristol.
Outside of work, we play a lot of football (play on the downs) and various other sports. We're ideally looking for someone that's going to get involved socially, and be up for having a drink and a laugh. A housemate who is happy to split a Sky Sports/BT package is also desirable.
