Double En-Suite Room In Clifton

We’re looking for another person to join us in a 3 bed maisonette off Whiteladies Road in Clifton.

It’s a 3 bed, all en-suite, maisonette which has been recently refurbished. There is a nice size kitchen with all white goods and a dishwasher and a utility room with a separate WC and washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large lounge with a dining area and the house is fully furnished. The room available is on the second floor with a built in wardrobe and is facing the back of the house, there is also your own en-suite.

The road is really nice, it is just off the top of Whiteladies Road - a 5 min walk to the Downs. There is lots of parking on the street and we have one off road parking space. If you do have a car you will need a permit. There is also a nice patio out the back of the house. The house is truly a steal for the price!

The price is £550 without bills - still need to work them out but should be approx £100. There are agency fees of £231.

Hannah and I will be moving in on the same date as the current tenants are still there. I’m 22 and Hannah is 24 - We only recently met from house hunting together! We are looking for someone similar age who enjoys socialising and is up for the occasional house dinner/drinks!
