Attic flat: Large double room in Clifton Village

As I am moving in with a friend, I'm looking for a tidy and considerate fem ale professional to replace me in a 2-bed flat occupying the top floor of a Georgian family home, owned by a lovely couple of retired teachers. The room to let is a large double, and there's also a second, smaller bedroom, a large sitting room, a kitchen, and a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine (see video). You will also have access to the beautiful communal gardens and be a member of the Residents’ Association.

The flat is a 10-minute walk to the Suspension Bridge, a 5-minute walk to the Co-op and Tesco Express, a 15-min walk to the Triangle, and a 20-minute walk to the city centre. Many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

You will be sharing with Rosalina, a kind and considerate flatmate. She’s 29 and works full time in Film and TV, enjoys cooking, hanging out and having nice chats or watching a film, but also likes her personal space and respects others when they need theirs. We’re sorry but we can't accept couples, smokers, or pets.

Rent is £490 a month (inc. CT, water, gas and WiFi), and electricity varies between £10 and £50 a month per person depending on the season (electric heating). Easy on-street parking, no deposit, no minimum or maximum term.
