I have a lovely room to rent in a very spacious 2 bed maisonette on St Paul's Road. The location couldn't be better as it is around the corner from both Clifton Village and Whiteladies Road as well as a short walk or cycle away from the centre.

On the first floor there is a large kitchen with plenty of storage space and everything you need (including a dish washer). There is a dining table and a balcony which gets some lovely evening sun - possibly my favourite room in the house! On this floor, there is also a spacious living room. The house gets lots of light and always feels like a really lovely place to be.

The second floor has two bedrooms. My bedroom is at the front of the house and has an en-suite.
The room available is a good sized double with built in wardrobe and your own bathroom (separate from the room).

I absolutely love the flat and would like someone to move in and think of it as a home.

The flat comes mostly furnished although the room is unfurnished but has a built in cupboard and two bedside tables.

The rent is £650 and bills come in at around £200 a month. That includes council tax, broadband, water, gas, electricity and TV license.

I am a teacher and work reasonably long hours during the week but also go to yoga, meet up with friends etc on a couple of evenings. At the weekends, I enjoy getting out and about exploring/socialising. Would be keen to live with someone who would be up for cooking together or going for a drink occasionally but equally completely understand having your own space!
