Very sadly I‘m moving out of my shared house over the summer and am looking for someone to replace me. I am flexible on move in date so do message if you need to move in earlier/later.
House details -
We live in a beautiful house with an open plan living room, dining area and large kitchen.
The room available is a large double bedroom with ensuite. It is offered unfurnished, however I am moving into a furnished house so will be looking to sell some items cheaply!
We also have 2 balconies, with a table area and a BBQ (perfect in the summer).
Plus we have Sky TV (entertainment & sky sports) and Netflix in the communal lounge.
We have all the latest amenities; a dishwasher, washer dryer and even a plate warmer.
The house is based near the top of Park street, so only 10 minute walk to town/ the harbourside or Clifton and right next door to the beautiful Brandon Park.
EDIT: There is a parking permit available.
Housemates -
The 3 remaining housemates are all working professionals (aged 25, 30 & 35) and are very friendly and easy going, looking for someone like-minded and nice to join the house. We are all busy people living fairly independently but like to have the occassional night out/in together. Perfect for anyone relocating to Bristol (as I did!) and in need of some friendly faces!
