The flat is on the ground floor nestled down a quiet street only a stone's throw away from Whiteladies Road with its array of shops and cafes.

The flat itself has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, a utility room, a study, and a lovely garden.

The room available is a large bright double (unfurnished) but has a wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with Olivia, I’m a creative type working in broadcast. I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who's considerate, clean and easy to live with. Animal lovers are welcome!
