Fantastic room in friendly Clifton flatshare!

Hello! Me, Julia and Jamie are looking for a new housemate to replace our good friend Debs who is moving out on the 14th of May.

We're a sociable house who are very keen to have another like-minded individual join us. Our hobbies and interests include music and gigs, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, films, and playing board games.
We're clean, tidy and respect each other's privacy whilst also enjoying the occasional house party (when permitted).

The room:
- Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
- Bathroom is shared with one other member of the house

The flat:
- Located on Pembroke Road.
- 5-10 minute walk from Clifton Down station.
- Parking free after 5pm (Mon-Fri), free all-day Sat/Sun.
- Close to Clifton Village
- Huge living room and kitchen.
- Fully furnished
- Dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc
- Bills are around £120-130 on top of rent.
