Hello I am a 28-year-old male i Work as a self employed personal trainer and I’m looking for a flat mate..

The flat is located in the East of Clifton very close to the lido. The area has great local amenities including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Bars, Gyms, Cafes and Restaurants all within a five – ten minute walk.

On foot you can walk into the city centre in 15 minutes. It is also great for cycling, as the whole area is very flat. The flat itself comes furnished, including double sized bed, large fitted wardrobe. All bills are inclusive including Internet access.

The flat is a private let, so there are no up front agency fees. The landlord is a good friend and is very helpful/ resolves any issues promptly, should there be any.

There is also parking available. The flat is non-owner occupied.

I am an active person, who loves to socialise and meet new people. I enjoy cooking, playing/ watching sport, watching series and films and surfing. I don’t have a normal timetable so I can be up early and sometimes back late so I’m looking for someone who can respect that. Ideally looking for another young professional male who is a similar age. I do like my own space but No complete hermits please!
