Double room in Clifton

We are two professional females looking for a third housemate as our current flatmate is moving back to New Zealand. Room will be available from April 1st.

The flat is very cosy, clean and homey with an open plan kitchen / living area and one bathroom. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, one bedside table and a mirror. Situated around a 2 minute walk from Clifton down train station and around 5 minutes to Clifton Downs. Sainsbury’s and Tesco are a few mins walk away. Rent is 550, bills are around £120 on top (including council tax).

You would be sharing with a 23 year old NHS employee and a 24 year old research tech, we both typically work Monday - Friday. We are both very chill but like to keep the flat pretty clean and tidy so looking for someone similar in that respect. Would like to find a professional female preferably with a similar working schedule and age, who is seeking a home rather than just a room to rent.
