We have one rather small double/more spacious if a single room available from the 24th of July, as flatmates now moving into a new place.
The flat has a decent sized, well-kept bathroom and an open plan kitchen/sitting room area.
We also have a large roof terrace/balcony area with stunning views over Clifton and back towards Bristol, includes additional access to higher parts of the rooftop.
Despite the fact the room is very small - we think that having plenty outdoor space makes up for this.
Also, across the roof terrace is another flat where 3 of our good mates live - all guys in their early twenties.
At the moment myself, Robbie (24) and Luca (21) has just returned from some NGO work abroad, and am now getting a job in hospitality for the summer, Luca is a skate teacher.
We are looking for an, energetic, social flatmate that is also just as happy to be relaxed and clean when living with us.
