Double room in modern Clifton flat

Light and recently refurbished 2 bedroom flat in Clifton, ideal move in date would be in the week commencing 8th November however sooner/later would be possible. Consists of kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath and shower, and 2 bedrooms. Parking on driveway is available for 1 car. Open to professionals or 3rd year/postgraduate students. Room comes with the bed and mattress which has large under-bed storage, hanging space for clothes, but the desk isn’t included.

Tenancy runs until July 11th 2021. Rent must be paid in full up front, pro-rata, from the move in date until the end of the tenancy (e. g. £4,200 if move in date was 11th December). Flat is let unfurnished and the communal furniture is owned 50:50 between myself and the current flatmate Jaysal, so the new tenant must be happy to purchase my half of the communal furniture (toaster, TV unit, sofa, table & chairs) for £290, and my bed & mattress for £300.

Your new flatmate is Jaysal. He is a 22 year old Postgraduate student at the University of Bristol studying Physics and Philosophy. He is an independent person who loves the quiet, talking about intellectual topics such as philosophy, being productive and working hard, and going to bed early. His hobbies include going to the gym, writing philosophy, martial arts, public speaking and, most notably, he is obsessively in pursuit of self-improvement.

His ideal flatmate would be a male who is similarly intellectually inclined and productive, isn’t loud, is tidy and is serious about really cracking on with whatever it is they’re working on, be it their university degree or work, so that a cool, positive, independent, friendly, and productive clean environment can be made.
