Over 30s housemate wanted for a part-furnished room in a recently decorated, light and airy flat close to the Downs, Whiteladies road, shops, bars and restaurants etc. Room could be unfurnished if required.

Please note - the photos show the room with wooden floors, it’s going to be carpeted when the current occupant moves out.

Available 1st September, sharing with 2 males interested in sports, travelling and cooking. Who keep it fairly chilled in the week, but are out and about at the weekend.

We keep the place fairly clean and looking for a considerate like minded non-smoking professional. Sorry, no students.

Rent is £450pcm plus £150 a month for all bills paid into a house account (includes everything but likely to increase (again!) in the coming months). Deposit is £450 and the minimum contract length is 6 months. There is an annual charge for a parking permit too if you own a car.
