Double room in Clifton

We have the small room available for 1 clean professional females, from 1st of Dec. Total cost of bills is approx £195

The flat is part of a traditional Clifton villa with original features located 5-10 min walk from Whiteladies Rd, the Triangle and Clifton village. It is fully furnished and has a spacious living room complete with a dining table with views out over a walled garden.

The small room has limited storage, but there is plenty of storage in the flat and the adjoining hallway!

There is also a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with the usual utensils, dishwasher and a decent oven. Parking outside the flat is permit only except for at weekends. Permits can be obtained from the council relatively cheaply.

The current housemates, Marianne (25) and Alice (35-lead tenant) are both professionals who tend to work long hours. We are looking for someone in a similar position, and the house is not suitable for someone working from home unfortunately.

When not working or away from Bristol we do a fair amount of lounging around the flat! We both enjoy playing or coaching sports, barbecues and casual drinks in the flat. Our landlords live in the house above and are a very reasonable and kind couple :)

Looking for one professional (f) who works regular hours, not working from home, to replace our outgoing housemate. Being clean and tidy is really important as the kitchen is small in comparison to the rest of the flat. We are Looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy, and up for pub quizzes/drinks out together from time to time.

The rent (£400) does not include bills which are roughly £200 a month (mainly consisting of council tax and electricity) though this is due to rise uncontrollably in April thanks to the government! There are no agent fees to pay. The security deposit is £400.
