It's a nice furnished double room. Its a luxury apartment in Clifton Village with all bills included: Council Tax, service charge, Electricity, water, sky, broadband etc
Although not ensuite, the room does have its own bathroom with toilet and shower.
There is also a huge roof terrace which is especially nice for sunbathing, when there is sun!
There is also a hot tub which is nice when it’s on! Looking for a sociable professional 25-40 male or female. No couples or pets I'm afraid!
