Hi, I have a lovely double available in May in a stunning top floor of a Clifton townhouse with its own private entrance. The room is comfortable and light with a double bed and a chest of drawers / hanging space for clothes.

The flat is spacious and light. It is stylishly decorated and in good condition with everything provided: TV, broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc. It’s 2 bedroom and has a beautiful big living area with sofas and a dining table and views. There is a bathroom / shower with a skylight. We also have use of the landlord’s private garden. It also benefits from being really quiet.

The flat’s well located – 5 minutes walk to the Triangle, 5 minutes from The Downs and 2 minutes from Whiteladies Road. There’s a bus stop just outside the house and Clifton Down station is less than 5 minutes walk away.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a 46 year old teacher. I’m outgoing, friendly, easy going, positive, considerate, clean and tidy. I am outdoorsy but also like nights in and going out on the weekends. Normally I like to go away on weekends so there’ll be times that you have the flat to yourself once things are back to normal.

The room is available from end of May but this might be negotiable. The rent is £550 pcm including council tax and a cleaner who comes twice a month. Utility bills are on top of this and work out as roughly £60 pcm.
