-5 min to Clifton Triangle (with lots of bars, restaurants, Sainsbury's, Waitrose)
-5 min to Clifton Village (gorgeous cafes, restaurants, bars, Tesco, and the suspension bridge)
-5-10 min to Whiteladies Rd (big Sainsbury's, and again, lots of bars and restaurants there!)
-10 min to University of Bristol buildings
-Bus stop across the road, corner shop and a really lovely cafe with great coffee just opposite
-Just by the Bristol University SU, so there is also a pool down the road if you're interested

FLAT--
-Penthouse(!) so spread over two floors; kitchen and living room downstairs & all bedrooms and bathroom upstairs
-Beautiful and spacious, with huge windows everywhere
-Shared kitchen and living room/dining area - both nice and big so it never ever feels cramped
Shared bathroom also fairly big with a bath/shower
-Living room has two big sofas that are perfect for guests and a big dining table
-There's also a washing machine & tumble dryer in the kitchen
-Landlord does not live here, but he is easily contactable in case of any issues
-Parking permits are available to buy online

ROOM--
-Double bed, desk, desk chair, bedside table unit, mirror all included, as well as a big wardrobe

CURRENT FLATMATES--
-You'll be moving in with 2 girls (25&23)
-We're both students at Bristol - one a PhD and one in final year
-Both girls are really lovely, very sociable, and always up for a chat/chill with netflix in the evenings with a glass of wine
-We occasionally take it in turns to cook and do flat meals, so if you're keen to join in then great!

YOU!--
-We'd prefer someone around the same age, with similar interests so the flat can carry on with the very friendly vibe we currently have going on
-Students & professionals welcome
-Female preferred, but willing to meet males as well
-Clean & tidy! - we keep the flat nice and clean and would like someone who is much the same, and is considerate of the other people living there. We're also quite chilled out so it's not like it has to be immaculate 24/7, just reasonably so (the photos are actually a good representation!)

BILLS--
Bills are not included in the rent price, but are around £50-60 per month (without council tax). If you're not a student its roughly 100 per month!
