The room in our lovely 3 bedroom maisonette flat in Clifton is available from 1st August. It is a spacious double with exclusive use of a large loft...hence the ladder in the picture!

We’re two girls aged 32 & 37 so ideally we’d like someone of a similar age. We’re an accountant and a nurse who works shifts so would appreciate someone considerate of this. We enjoy cooking, exercising, gin and socialising, as well as relaxing nights in watching tv. Looking for a nice, friendly and clean housemate to join us, someone who is looking for a home so would be staying longer term.

The rent is £415 with a deposit of £600 and bills are approx £120 pcm, the room is unfurnished. A parking permit is available for on-street parking if needed. The flat is fully furnished (including dishwasher!), but the bedroom comes unfurnished. We're not able to accept students or couples for the room.
