Bright, spacious double room in Clifton Village

I have a fully furnished double room available from October 21st in the 2 bed flat I'm currently renting. The flat is in a great location in Clifton Village: a 10-minute walk from Whiteladies Road and within comfortable walking distance of the city centre.

The flat itself has lovely high ceilings, a large kitchen/living room area and one bathroom. There is also fibre optic broadband throughout the flat and lots of storage space so keeping a bike inside is no problem. A parking permit is available in the CV area and there are always spaces available near the flat. There is a large grassy area just outside the front door with picnic tables and there are lots of nice outdoor spaces nearby.

Rent is £500 pcm excluding bills. A £689 deposit is also required up front plus agency fees of £174. Initially it will be a 6-month contract and then rolling monthly after that. Unfortunately no students will be accepted. An employer reference will be required as proof of earnings, as well as a reference from your previous landlord if you've rented before.

As for me, I'm currently working full-time in the city centre and love exploring around Bristol on my bike. I'm also a big fan of roast dinners with a glass of wine and a game of bananagrams,

I'm looking for someone who is good fun, easy going and perhaps has the potential to be a good pub quiz teammate! I'd love my new flatmate to be someone I can get on and could have a good laugh with, but who is also happy in their own company and doing their own thing.
