Hello!

We (Paul and Rosie) are both young professionals and feel lucky to call this amazing house our home.

Our current housemate who has been in the house for three years is moving out to live with her partner, so we're looking for someone new to move in.

The house is in a fantastic location with Clifton Village just couple of minutes uphill and the waterside pubs of Cumberland Basin a few minutes downhill.....and if you don't feel like taking on any hills, there's always the excellent Lion pub just 30 seconds walk away ;-)

The Harbourside and centre of town is just 20mins walk away via 'World's End Lane'.

The house has three main double bedrooms laid out over three floors with a large living room, large kitchen and a small garden too. We even have a forth smaller room which is great for guests & storage.

The room available is unfurnished.

We have two bathrooms between the three bedrooms so there's never a queue for the shower/loo.

The cosy communal living room has an open fire and views out over the harbour.

The kitchen has lots of space for cooking and storage and a big dining table which is great for getting people together. There are two fridges, a freezer and a dishwasher.

The garden is small but perfect for summer BBQ's.

There’s also decking on the roof which is great for sunbathing in summer and for yet more epic views of Bristol.

There is bike storage in the entrance hallway. If you have a standard road bike it will be fine but we've found mountain bikes are often too wide.

Parking is on the road outside and falls under the residents parking scheme, so you just apply for an annual permit. We all currently do have cars and don't have too much trouble finding spaces nearby.

Paul holds the tenancy for the whole house and pays all the bills, so once you've paid the £600/month there's no extra faff splitting bills etc. .

All utility bills are included plus TV License, Council Tax and good fast broadband.

The price also includes a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.

We're looking for a female housemate just because we've always found that two girls and a boy works best for the balance of the house.

We both work hard and really value having a clean, tidy, chilled-but-fun house to come back to after a long day's work. We've both got our own things going on but also share the occasional meal and hang out in front of the TV together too. Bonus points if you come with a good boxset recommendation we can all start watching together.
