We have a lovely double room to rent in Clifton, ideal if you work on Whiteladies Rd or the Triangle.

We are a male and a female in our late twenties with interests in DJing, dancing, cooking, and the occasional bottle of wine or two to unwind with.

We are looking for a professional f-e-m-a-l-e to join us in our cosy home. We have a kitchen, bathroom, and living room with TV. We are looking for someone who will treat this as their home, so no short term lets i. e. don’t apply if you know you’re going to be gone in a couple of months.

The room is a bright double - the largest of the three bedrooms. It comes unfurnished with the exception of a sofa. Our flatmate says she is also willing to sell the bed should you wish to keep it.

The rent is £400 pm including all bills and council tax. There is a £75 admin charge to be paid to the housing agency. The deposit is £316.16. The contract is a 6-month minimum term contract. Our flatmate is moving out mid January so ideally we would be looking for someone from then, up to the 1st of February, but she says she is flexible on dates if you can move earlier.
