My housemate, Martin and I are looking for a professional (requirement by landlord) to share the flat. The flat lies next to the Victoria Square and is 2 minutes away from the beautiful Clifton Village.

The flat has a large shared kitchen and living room. Washing machine and dish washer are provided in the flat.

The bedroom advertised is partially furnished with a single bed and a desk in it (You can bring your own double bed if you want to).

I usually spend my evening after work doing sports and Martin enjoys reading and listening to classical music. Once in a while, we watch movies together. We are looking for someone who like things clean and tidy.

Parking permit is available as both of us do not have car. There is bike storage space at the basement of the building.

This property is let and managed by Sarah Kenny. There is only a one-off £150 fee for reference and adding your name to the tenancy.
