Double Room in Clifton

Advertising spare room in my Ground floor flat just off the Triangle.

Good sized fully furnished double room on offer. Set of drawers, double bed and rail included (as per photos).

2 minutes walk from the triangle and Park Street and 5 minutes walk to Clifton Village.

The location couldn't be any better.

The flat is warm, well looked after (very tidy), and fully furnished. I've lived here for nearly 2 years and it's got everything you need - Virgin Media TV, wifi, good sized shower, back garden and front patio space and all utilities. There is also secure outdoor storage for bikes and the like.

Both myself and Meg (my partner) work pretty long hours during the week. I work in Marketing and Meg is a photographer.

Evenings are normally spent cooking dinner, going to the gym and occasionally going out for dinner. We have shared the flat with friends before, which has worked really well.

On weekends, we love to go for coffee. We often make our way down to the coast for some surfing and walking.

We would love our new flatmate to be part of the house, get on with us and to be house proud. Ideally someone who likes their own space but also someone who we can cook the occasional meal with / go out for a drink with.
