Furnished double room with ensuite shower / toilet, in loft of our family home in Kingsdown, sharing with busy professional couple and our two sons, and one cat.

Includes use of shared kitchen, washing machine and space for bicycle.

Part-week occupancy (eg 3/4 days) also welcome, rent pro rata.

Vegetarian very strongly preferred, to fit with other members of the household.

House is in a friendly, safe, quiet neighbourhood, five minute walk from the hospitals and the university, and 10 mins to the city centre. Local amenities (shops, pubs, gym, etc). On a bus route, and 10 minute walk to Redland train station.

The room is a loft conversion, so it does get warm in summer and cold in winter.
