Cotham is a characterful & lively neighbourhood. We are walking distance from Bristol University, the BBC & the shops, bars and restaurants of Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Rd.

The space:

Our three-storey townhouse dates from 1870 and has all its original features, high ceilings and lots of windows which flood the house with light.
Your large bedroom on the top floor is welcoming and comfortable. There is a king size bed, a chest of drawers and a private landing for storage & ironing. There is a large desk with a chair, useful for breakfast or for working.

Our house is large enough for you to feel very private on your top floor. The occupants of the house are myself (Zoe), our two young sons (5 and 8 years old), and a friendly short-haired cat. From time to time we lodge a second room for short term agreements. All our rooms are equipped with sound-proof and fire-proof doors, ensuring privacy and personal quiet.
We are looking for a quiet friendly professional who works regular hours. We have rented the room out for 8 years and enjoy having a lodger in our home. While we keep the living room private to our family, there is a very big kitchen with bar stools and a 6-seater table which we have as a social area which leads onto the back garden.

Includes wifi and all bills. Street parking available.
