We have a room becoming available in our 4 bed house share on Hampton Road, right next to Whiteladies Road. We are Jess (25, Costume Designer), Jack (27, Publicist) and Lawrence (27, Engineer). We are looking for a new housemate to join us, we are all social and are all fairly set up with friends in and around Bristol, however we often do evenings together as well.

You: We're after anyone who's interesting, relaxed and tidy. If you're keen on sports or the outdoors and can get us into some new things all the better!

The housemates: we are all quite busy professionals with mixed interests - yoga, kitesurfing, surfing, cycling, climbing, going for the occasional drink and meeting up with friends. We all work fairly regular hours in the week and would be looking for someone who does the same!

The house: we have a 4 bed maisonette set back from the road, it comes with 3 off-street parking spots so no RPZ permits required! Hampton Road is a great spot, close to Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road and the city centre. There's a big Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away and the Downs are close enough to walk up for BBQs over the summer. We have a small balcony which is filled up with vegetables during summer, there is a big kitchen / lounge with plenty of cupboard space, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) and plenty of storage throughout.

The room - it is a good size double and it was recently decorated with new carpet and paint 12 months ago. It comes unfurnished.

Bills: £100 on top of rent needs to be paid into a joint account, this covers council tax, electric/water, internet and tv, and also some common household stuff for cleaning etc to save on arguments!

Non-smoking house.

We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible (within the next few days). There is an agency fee of around £200 and a deposit which will need to be paid to the previous tenant
