One of two light spacious furnished double rooms (containing a single bed) on the top floor of a 5 bedroom, 3 storey Victorian semi on a quiet road in Downend close to a wide variety of amenities.

Would suit a professional person working in Bristol and returning home at weekends (i. e. 5 days/week). Personal items can be left in the room over weekends (there is a lock on the door).

Sharing house with owners (easy going couple in early 60s) , and one other lodger. We also look after our granddaughter and daughter's dog a few hours a week. Downstairs cloakroom also available. Bed linen can be provided if required . A cleaner comes about once a fortnight
