Double room available with Friendly Housemates in Gorgeous House.

We’re looking for a Female professional or mature student, ideally up to mid 30's, to join us.

Short or long term availability as we acknowledge people’s circumstances can change quite quickly during these uncertain times.

We’re clean, tidy and easy going single professionals (2 girls & a guy) living in a large, REALLY nice 4 bed house.

We get along well and enjoy a good laugh, eating healthy meals and travelling together whenever we can, but we also spend time pursuing our own interests so it's a good balance.

It's in a great location as well, just a short walk from the local cafes, shops, supermarkets, parks, cycle paths and main bus route to town. Also, easy access to the MOD, UWE, Frenchay, Parkway & Abbey Wood stations, Rolls Royce, British Aerospace, M32 / M4 junction. We're in Downend (BS16) so it's only a 10 to 15 min commute by car to the city centre, or about 30 mins via the direct (traffic free) cycle path.
