I have a room available for rent in a large house in Staple Hill - The room is £550 per calendar month all inclusive, except for the use of the landline. This room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bed side table, clothes rack and chest of drawers. I can take the furniture out of the room if you wish.

My house is within easy distance to the Bristol Bath cycle track, Bristol's town centre and a short walk from Downend and Fishponds. There are three bus routes nearby with very regular buses into town. The local amenities, including a Tecso, Sainsburys, Post Office, banks, pharmacies, and independent shops.

I am a working professional. I am looking for a third person to occupy a spare room. I am looking for a professional or full time student who is tidy and easy to get on with. I dont mind smoking outside as long as you dispose of butts safely.

I will need to see a passport/proof a residency and I will take up a reference with your employer. The deposit will be £550 which will be deposited with the deposit guarantee scheme. There are no administration fees.
