About Downend
Downend is a popular family area north east of the city. If you take the M32, it’s just off the ring road (A4174). The area has lots of green spaces and parks, which are well used by the local community.
The local high street, Badminton Road and the surrounding area, has lots of independent shops, national supermarkets and banks. There’s an excellent choice of cafes, restaurants and pubs, as well. 10 minutes’ walk into beautiful and posh Downend centre.

Bristol and Bath Science Park is 1.2 miles walk with approx 25 mins walk or 7 minutes bike ride.

Buses to Business Park- New Metro Bus route
The m3 metrobus operates from Emersons Green and calls at Lyde Green Park and Ride, Bristol & Bath Science Park, Emerald Park Industrial Estate, the University of the West of England (UWE), Cabot Circus and the city centre.
10 mins walk to A4174 bus stop near Premier Inn and then 15 mins once you are on the bus.
