I am looking for clean, considerate, professional house mates. I only tend to be home in the evenings - and only occasionally use the communal areas of my house so independent house mates would be ideal. This is not a party house.

There is 1 furnished double bedroom in a big Victorian property in Easton. Within 5 minutes walk of Stapleton Road train station and Stapleton Road bus routes.

There is a communal living room and garden as well as a big kitchen and bathroom and all rooms have been recently decorated.

There is a communal washing machine and all bills (Gas, water, electric, internet and council tax) are included.

Priority will be given to those who can agree to at least at least a 3 month tenancy agreement.
