Bright Double Room Overlooking Garden

Double room for rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom home in Greenbank, close to parks, shops and transport. I dogsit and foster rescue dogs so there are sometimes 1-3 dogs in the house. The room costs £375 a month including council tax and it’s £65 for bills each month. I want this to be a friendly relaxed home where we can get to know each other and keep the place looking nice. It's good to be independent and have our own lives as well as hanging out, watching a movie or cooking together

The room is a medium sized furnished double room. There is more furniture available if needed. This lovely Victorian house has a living room with bay windows and a dining room with french doors, which open out on to the decking in the garden. The living room also doubles up as a spare room with a sofa bed for friends/family to come and stay. The neighbours are friendly and it’s a lovely quiet street very close to the lovely green cemetery which is great for walking dogs. The Bristol and Bath railway path. Stapleton Road rail station, various bus stops, Church Road, St Marks Road, St George’s park, Eastville Park and good shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants are all within 1-12 minutes walk from the house.

You would be living with me. I’m 36 years old, a considerate person and I like music, art, crafts, nature and TV box sets. I’m looking for a female housemate who is considerate, loves dogs and is over the age of 25. I love listening to music but this is not a loud party house. It's more like a calm, cosy haven. I like to keep the place clean and reasonably tidy but I'm not militant about it. I think good communication is important for a happy home. Smoking is not allowed in the house but people are welcome to smoke in the garden.
