Looking for a housemate for newly renovated home

Hello All,

We're a couple looking for a friendly Lodger to live with us for 5 months. Starting end of February

Melissa is a 26 year old charity worker & Edd is a 26 year old Engineer.

We love cooking, listening to music, going to the pub and occasionally having friends over for board games and dinners. Edd plays the Saxophone regularly and does gigs around Bath / Bristol.

We're looking for a lovely person to fit in with this, someone who we can enjoy the occasional dinner and trip to the pub but also someone who is relatively independent, easy going & happy to do their own thing as often we are off doing ours.
We both work normal working hours during the week and Edd is sometimes away working all over the world for weeks at a time every few months.

We are renting the property off two friends who are away travelling, its recently been completely renovated so has all new heating with a HIVE smart meter, new bathroom etc. We're trying to keep it pretty clean and tidy and want to maintain it in the same great condition we started with.

The house has a lovely open plan kitchen and dining room, and an large, very cosy front room. The Kitchen has all modern accessories and all the kitchen gear already. the front room has a log-burner, plenty of books to read and the usual TV setup (netflix etc).
It's a 2 Bed house with a small attic room that the owners may use if they return for a weekend but we use for storage currently.
Your room is on the 1st floor and is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage and it has a nice view over gardens and catches the morning sun.

It's £500 p/m all in, the owners have said they may return in 5 months time form the end of Feb. but they may actually continue travelling so will give a months notice either way if they plan on returning.

Overall we are after a homely person who will enjoy chilling with us in this new house, having dinners and generally keeping the place clean and cosy.
