Room to rent in cosy home in Easton

We are looking for a new housemate to share our home in Easton. The room is available from mid- February.

The house is in easton, close to st marks road and stapleton road train station, and a ten minute bike ride to eastville park and the Bristol-Bath bike path. It's spacious for 3 people, with shared living space, couches, dinner table, big bath, covered bike store out the front and a small paved garden. The room for rent is a small double, in a converted garden room (see photos).

We are sociable in a fairly low-key way, we sometimes have people over for dinner, a cuppa or some music, or spend time together at home. We try to take a turn cooking once a week and we share household chores. There's a shared house veg-box you'd be welcome to join and we’re trying to start up an allotment this year.

Jim is a gardener and Alice works in student support and community music. We are both self-employed and will be around sometimes during the days. It feels pretty peaceful here - we play piano/guitar every now and then but generally things are relaxed and quiet.
