Hi, We have a spacious (3.7m x 3.7m) double room to let for £850 a month for a couple.

There will be a requirement of one month rent in advance, and we are looking for long term rental.

This property is conveniently located 25 min walking distance from Cabot Circus. Close to Lawrence Hill train station and the City Center. Church Road offers a variety of independent shops, cafés and bars. There are also two large supermarkets. Church Road and Whitehall Road are served by a number of local buses providing access to the City Center, Bath and surrounding areas.

On the ground floor of the property is an entrance hallway, one bedroom, kitchen (with white goods included), separating hallway providing additional access to rear garden and bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms.

There is no off-street parking in front of the house, however parking spaces available on the other side of the road (no parking permit require / Easy access to M32, not in ULEZ zone. ).
